New composition for The Musical Arts Youth Orchestra

The Musical Arts Youth Orchestra, with support from the Women’s Philharmonic Advocacy Project, commissioned Denisch to write for string orchestra and percussion. The composition, “Fisherman’s Bay,” will be premiered on December 9, 2016 in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. Inspired by the MAYO performers and Fisherman’s Bay (photo above) in Swampscott, MA, USA.
